  1. Do you sell "Security in a Box" or "Home Theater in a Box" products?
    • No.  At CGT Systems, we sell "systems" not boxes.  We charge one price on all of our system installations, which includes the total purchase price for design, materials, labor, tax, delivery, programming, testing, basic training, and our warranty.  Our systems are customized in order to meet each client's specific needs.  Your time is valuable to you and to us.  Therefore, we do all of the homework for you, so that you can focus on other more important tasks in your life.  We want you to have a worry-free experience with our installation.
  2. What is the difference between a "box" product and the "systems" that you sell?
    • A boxed system is mass produced.  Whereas, the systems that we design are custom built according to your specifications.  For example, our system may include a receiver that could operate a home theater and a home audio system combined.  Whereas, a boxed system is limited to operating a single function. 
  3. Regarding "home theater in a box" systems, can I use any type of speaker with my receivers?
    • It depends.  Most boxed systems contain speakers that are designed only to operate with the receiver that came with the box due to wattage requirements.
  4. How are your products different from products that I can purchase online or from a large retail chain?
    • Most security or electronic products purchased online, or at a large retail chain, come with basic features, or limited warranties, or come with several conditions, or require additional fees.  If the product becomes defective, you will have to pay an installer again to replace the defective part.  Whereas we customize our systems according to your specifications.  Our products come with a minimum 30-day warranty on parts and a one-year warranty on labor.  If a product becomes defective during the 30-day warranty period, we replace it and reinstall it hassle-free.  After 30 days, we also may be able to assist you with obtaining repair service during the manufacturer's warranty period.  We want to always be available to help our clients. 
  5. Do you offer service plans on the systems that you install?
    • Yes.  Please advise your sales representative that you are interested in purchasing a service plan, and we will be happy to assist you.
